In October of 2014, a group of local artists joined our community, taking over the smaller building on our property to the East. The Cottage was born. All are extraordinary talented people, creating beautiful and decorative unique pieces of art. We are proud of calling them Family.

 In conjunction with the artists we are excited to offer an arts and antique market every third Saturday of the month, beginning in October and finishing in April of the following calendar year.

I believe, I speak for all of the involved parties on our property, as well as the neighboring properties: Captain Eddie’s Seafood restaurant and The Aloha Holiday Rentals, when I state that we are proud participants of the renaissance of the Nokomis down town area.
